When you access or use our Platform, we automatically collect certain information:
- Device and Usage Information: IP addresses, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URLs, pages viewed, and interaction patterns.

3. No Use for AI/ML Training

adopkins expressly commits that user-uploaded content—including but not limited to artwork, character designs, images, audio files, text descriptions, and any other creative works—will NOT be used to train, develop, improve, or fine-tune any artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), image generation models, or similar technologies, whether owned by adopkins or any third party.
This commitment applies to all user content, regardless of whether it is publicly visible or privately stored on our Platform. We do not license, sell, or transfer user content to any third party for AI/ML training purposes.
4. No Sale of User Content to Third Parties
WE DO NOT SELL USER CONTENT OR MEDIA TO THIRD PARTIES.
User-uploaded media, including artwork, images, character designs, audio files, and other creative content, will never be sold, licensed, transferred, or otherwise commercialized to any third party. Your creative works remain yours. We only use user content as necessary to operate and display the Platform as you direct (e.g., displaying your listed items, processing transactions you initiate).
5. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers
We share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our Platform:
- Payment Processing: Stripe, Inc. (for payment processing and fraud prevention)
- Cloud Hosting: Vercel, Supabase (for website hosting and database services)
- Analytics: Privacy-focused analytics tools to understand Platform usage

Legal and Compliance

12. Do Not Track Signals
Our Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" (DNT) browser signals or similar mechanisms. However, you may opt out of certain tracking through your browser settings or by using opt-out tools provided by the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) or Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA).
13. Children's Privacy
adopkins is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, please do not provide any personal information on our Platform. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately at console@adopkins.com, and we will take steps to delete such information.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy on our Platform and, where appropriate, by sending you an email notification.
